2025 NTNU MTC Mandarin Summer Camp Agreement 請詳細閱讀以下10大注意事項,並確認同意配合所有規定: Please read the following 10 precautions in detail and confirm that you agree to comply with all regulations: 1.申請之學員志願參加2025師大華語夏令營,且遵守活動安全注意事項,如不遵守規定,發生意外,願自行負責。 The applicant student has permission to attend the 2025 NTNU MTC Mandarin Summer Camp. He/she also understands that it is the responsibility of the NTNU staff to ensure the safety of all students. NTNU cannot be held liable if the applicant student does not abide by camp rules or acts in an unsafe manner. NTNU staff will handle all situations according to camp rules. 2.本中心不提供任何住宿服務。基於學童之安全考量,建議學員住在親友家。 The MTC does not provide accommodations. Due to safety concerns for our young students, it is suggested for applicant students to stay with family. 3.營隊期間本中心僅爲每位學員投保意外險,家長需於營隊開始前自行為學員 於該國處理簽證及海外保險等事宜。 I understand that only mandatory accident insurance has been included in the tuition fees for the duration of the summer camp. I agree to complete and handle pre-departure procedures such as application for entry visas to Taiwan and enrollment of overseas insurance in the student's home country. 4.夏令營午餐會提供葷食與素食選項,若無法食用特定肉品者將安排素食餐點。所有餐點及點心將請廠商避開海鮮、花生堅果類之菜色。但若孩子的過敏原較少見(如麩質、豆類等),我們可能無法提供相對應的餐食,請於繳費前先與夏令營團隊聯繫。 Lunches will provide Meat and vegetarian options, vegetarian meals will also be arranged if you are unable to eat certain meats. All meals and snacks will be requested to avoid seafood, peanuts and tree nuts. However, if your child has less common allergens (such as gluten, beans, etc.), we may not be able to provide meals suitable for students, please contact the summer camp team before paying. 5.主辦單位保有將活動過程攝影及錄製存檔及公開播放的權利。 The MTC reserves the right to record participants’ activities via photographs, videos and/or any other media during the duration of the Mandarin Summer Camp and use the files at its discretion 6.課程與活動,本單位保留其調整及異動之權利;因故停課或取消活動之事宜請詳見常見問題。 Class schedules and activities are subject to change by the MTC. Courses or activities may be cancelled due to force majeure (unforeseen circumstances such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc). For details, please consult Frequently Asked Questions. 7.線上報名完成後,回覆信件立刻自動寄至申請者所填寫之連絡電子郵件信箱,為避免因系統設定等因素而無法成功遞達而延誤報名,若在送出線上報名24小時內未收到回覆信件,請盡速與我們連絡。 After submitting the on-line application, an auto-reply email will be sent to your contact email address. If you do not receive the auto-reply email within 24 hours following the submission please contact us to confirm whether your application has been received. 8.繳費採線上刷卡,金額為台幣幣值,銀行刷卡手續費需由學員自行吸收。繳費通知(包含繳費資訊與退費規定)將在1月16日開始以email分批發送,於期限內刷卡成功始視為報名完成。若未在指示之期限內完成所有報名程序及繳費,則視同棄權,本單位則有權將其名額給候補名單。為防止詐騙事件,請注意刷卡資訊是由國語中心之信箱studymtc@mtc.ntnu.edu.tw發出。 Pay the fee in NT dollars with credit card, and all bank charges will be borne by students. After you complete the registration form online, details of the payment process and refund policy will be included in the “Payment Process Notice” start send through email at January 16th. Registration is accepted only after you have complicated the payment by the deadline. If the application processes have not been completed and the seat will be made available to the waiting list. Be cautious of possible scams. Please make sure the email notification containing credit card payment information is sent from studymtc@mtc.ntnu.edu.tw. Applications are NOT considered complete until all processes indicated in the auto-reply have been fulfilled. The application process, including wire payment and the receipt faxed to the MTC, should be completed before the deadline indicated in the auto-reply. 9.本活動訊息一律採電子郵件通知。營隊行前通知將於六月初寄至報名時所填之連絡電子郵件信箱,若報名成功者於2025年六月初仍未收到該通知,或有任何問題,請主動聯絡我們,否則本單位將視同已收獲通知並充分了解其內容。 Camp event information will be delivered via email. The Camp Information Package will be sent in June to the contact email address. If the Camp Information Package has not been received by the beginning of June 2025, or if there are any questions about our camp, please contact us as soon as possible. Unless we are contacted, the MTC will assume the applicant has received all information. 10. 依本校國語教學中心退費辦法,若學員申請退費,僅限學費;繳費後至開學日前一天退還學費九成,上課未逾營隊時間三分之一者退五成,上課逾三分之一則不予退費。行政處理費及註冊費恕不退還,所有退費事宜將於八月底統一辦理。 According to the refund guidelines of Mandarin Training Center, National Taiwan Normal University, only the tuition fee is refundable. The administration fee and the registration fee will not be refunded. The refund policy is as follows: Condition 1: 90% of the tuition fee will be refunded for applications submitted before the first day of the program. Condition 2: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded for applications submitted before 1/3 of the program has been completed. Condition 3: No refunds will be given for applications submitted after 1/3 of program is completed. Refunds will not be processed until the end of August.
