Log into the online application portal during the application period.

After your on-line application is submitted and only when your application number is shown on the screen is your application considered accepted.

* This program only accepts on-line applications. Since seats are limited, please note the application period may be shortened if all seats are already filled.

A Payment Notice will be delivered to your email address to notify you of tuition payment. Applicants may choose one of two payment options: in NT dollars by credit card or in US dollars via bank transfer. For wire transfer by bank, please transfer the tuition payment (USD$ 1,250) to the“National Taiwan Normal University 402U account”. The account number will be listed in the email notification. To pay by credit card, please pay NT$ 38,500 via payment link which will be sent by email to you.

Please send your bank transfer receipt or screenshotted payment confirmation to the MTC Google Drive link which will be sent to your email.

After the MTC receives the receipt and confirms the tuition has been wired into the account; a confirmation of complete application will be updated on our “Application Status”.

Must Know

  • All payments must be made by electronic bank transfer or credit card, not by ATM transfer. Please note that each bank will charge an additional handling fee for the remittance, so please make sure to include this fee in addition to the total tuition amount.
  • After submitting the on-line application, an auto-reply email will be sent to your contact email account.
    If you do not receive the auto-reply email within 24 hours after submission, please contact us to confirm reception of the application.
  • Please do not transfer the fee before you receive the payment notice email.
  • Be cautious of possible scams. Please make sure the notice email is sent from ( studymtc@mtc.ntnu.edu.tw ) and the beneficiary name account is “National Taiwan Normal University 402U account”.
  • Applications are NOT considered complete until all requirements indicated in the payment notice have been fulfilled. The application process, including sending proof of payment (bank transfer receipt or screenshot of completed credit card payment) to the MTC Google Drive, must be completed by the payment deadline. If the process has not been completed on time, the application will be considered incomplete and the program seat will be offered to another applicant.
